1. Complete the Client Interview

This form should only take about 5 minutes to complete and will give our agents all of the information needed to send your personalized list of apartments. It is a critical first step in designing a customized service just for you. Taking just a few minutes to complete our client interview will save you a lot of time, and help us communicate with you efficiently.


2. We email a customized list and you pick your favorites

Once you receive your custom apartment list, select 5-10 favorite options and we’ll call each community to confirm current information such as rental rates, date of availability, and any specials they are offering. Please keep in mind many apartment communities change rent prices on a daily basis so the rent quoted may change based on your specific move date. One of the greatest benefits we offer to our clients is we help you navigate these price changes.


3. Tour your favorite properties and sign your lease!

Once we confirm which apartments match your budget, location preferences, and have an available unit the day you need to move, you should tour those properties as soon as possible. The Houston rental market changes very quickly. You can tour a property in the morning and the unit is taken by the afternoon. If you fall in love with a property while on tour, we recommend you fill out the application immediately.


4. How do we provide such an awesome service for free?

You pay zero out of pocket expense for our service because the apartment communities work with us directly to advertise their communities. We will receive a referral fee for finding such an awesome tenant, and referring you to their community! At every property you will be asked to fill out a visitors guest card before they take you on a tour. Once you make a decision you will be asked to fill out an application.


On both the guest card and the application there is a line that asks “How did you hear about us?” For us to submit the proper paperwork to the apartment about your referral, write on both the guest card and the application. Sometimes the leasing professional will fill out the guest card for you, so please make sure they write down Many properties now have their lease application online and they don’t provide a place for you to write If this happens, please notify our office. We will contact the leasing staff and confirm is included in your paperwork. That’s It!
